e-conversion aims not only to drive technological innovation but also to strengthen public dialogue on science policy. To this end, we are supporting the Max Planck Science Policy Winter School 2026 with a contribution of 5,000 euros.

The week-long event is aimed at early-career researchers and addresses key questions at the intersection of science and policy. The Winter School will take place from January 25 to 30, 2026, at the Harnack House in Berlin. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with representatives from politics and science in lectures and workshops – with topics including “Science for Policy”, “Policy for Science” and “Science Diplomacy”.

This support underscores e-conversion’s commitment to bringing scientific expertise more strongly into political debate and to fostering young talent along the way.
