On 7 and 8 October 2026, the Technical University of Munich will host the AI@Strategy Conference. The public event will bring together leading AI researchers and practitioners as well as representatives from business and politics to explore how artificial intelligence is fundamentally transforming strategies, organizations and entire value chains.
Artificial intelligence is no longer simply a tool for automating tasks, analyzing data or supporting content creation. It is changing how organizations make decisions, structure their work, develop new capabilities and create value. The conference therefore focuses on the strategic implications of AI and examines how organizations can navigate the opportunities, risks and responsibilities associated with this transformation.
As a strategic prelude to the World Economic Forum in Davos and the Munich Security Conference in 2027, the event aims to contribute to the international debate on the most pressing AI-driven transformations.
The AI@Strategy Conference is organized by the Chair for Strategy and Organization at the TUM School of Management and will take place in the Audimax at TUM’s city campus.
