The Data Intelligence Team is a central enabler of data-informed research within the e-conversion 2.0 Cluster of Excellence.
It develops and maintains data infrastructures, tools, and workflows to support advanced analytics and machine learning in energy research. The team combines the AI expertise of e-conversion PIs with research data management and data analysis expertise from the Research Data Hub, supported by dedicated data stewards. By integrating standardized data management processes, a modern software infrastructure, and AI-driven methods, the team accelerates experimentation and improves the efficiency and reliability of scientific discovery. In close collaboration with research groups across disciplines, the team promotes a connected data ecosystem and supports scientists through training, data stewardship, automation, and AI-assisted workflows, enabling faster and more informed decision-making throughout the research process.
