Young scientists at work (Picture: e-conversion)

As part of the Munich Kunstareal-Fest 2021 e-conversion offered an experiment booth for children. Girls and boys enthusiastically built batteries based on lemons, pickles, graphite and aluminium. The kids expertly tested their constructions, measured the voltage and compared the results. It´s good to see that the next generation of experts in renewable energy is already growing up!

The e-conversion booth was placed in the Museum Mineralogia together with other representatives of the Muc Labs, an association of institutions that offer extracurricular science education in the Munich area. More information: www.muc-labs.de (Contact at e-conversion: silke.mayerl@tum.de)
