On December 6, 2019 the e-conversion Graduate Program is going to start. The program allows the young researchers to build up a scientific and personal network and to broaden their horizon by a wide range of activities. These include an annual summer retreat, scientific and soft-skill seminars, company and factory visits, the participation in international conferences and in the student exchange program and much more.
